I have walked through many life transitions and believe in living and practicing in the gray areas.

My background includes clinical training, academic education, lived experience, and a deep call to honor the sacredness of life and my own intuition.

My path has transformed over the years, spiraling deeper and deeper into the mystery that is life. But one thing has always remained, my interest and devotion to embodiment.

I’ve been a dancer since I was 3 years old, and throughout my journey have guided others back into their bodies.

After careers in the fitness industry, and macro social work, I found myself drawn to pursue a therapy license. I spent years training and devoting myself to the study of sexuality and the human psyche, while simultaneously becoming a burlesque dance career that included a burlesque school for women in my community. 

After 5 years of creative expression and 3,000 hours of clinical practice, I felt empty and unfulfilled. I had everything I thought I wanted, but I felt the call to something deeper, something more sacred.

The years that followed took me on a journey traveling around the world, and with the support of psychedelics and plant medicine, deep within my internal landscape. I started learning from lived experience while studying and receiving transmissions of Tantra, Sacred Sexuality, and Womb Wisdom. 

I became a sponge for life and love. 

I met my now husband and got married.

I left the country I called home for 38 years.

And now, I create out of passion and love.

I have found an alternative path through life, by following my heart over my head, and through embodying love.
